AWOL is a fantastic fitness space with so much variety of equipment, it has really helped me get back to enjoying working out and on the path to a heatlhier lifestyle.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, as well as very friendly. Whether you’re new to fitness or been doing it years it has something for everyone.

I absolutely love training at AWOL. The classes are top-notch, led by great trainers who really know how to motivate and push you in the best way. There’s a strong sense of community here—everyone’s supportive, and the vibe is always positive and energizing.

Awol has helped stay consistent and get back on track with my fitness journey there are a few different types of plans and classes to choose from bootcamp,lift club, boxing to pilates you will be sure to find something to fit your fitness needs they also do personal training. The new gym space is top-notch, equipped with everything you need for a killer workout.
